  • Completed his B.S. in System Engineering with honors (Magna Cum Laude), the first in his graduating class, from the George Washington University in the United States in 1987.

Saied Ahmed Basamh is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board Executive Committee of the International Medical Center (IMC). He is also the Board and Audit committee member of Saudia Dairy and Food Stuff Co - SADAFCO (PJSC – TASI), Board member of Sahara International Petrochemical Co – SIPCHEM (PJSC - TASI), Chairman of Al-Khair Inorganic Chemical Industries Co (CJSC), Board member and Partner of Basamh Group of Companies (FMCG), and Board member of ‘The National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector’.

Mr. Saied Basamh also holds the position of Chairman and Board member in several other private companies. He worked as a Faculty member in the College of Engineering at King Abdulaziz University from 2011 – 2012, a faculty member in the College of Engineering at Effat University from 2012 – 2013 and a member of the Entertainment Committee at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry from 2010 – 2014.

In addition, he worked as a consultant in project development for Saudi Airlines 2012 – 2016.

Dr. Mohammed A. Fitaihi is the founder and manager of “Luxury Goods Trading Co.”, which holds several brands; among them “Baby Fitaihi”. He is an experienced business professional and a successful entrepreneur for more than 25 years. He is a recipient of several prestigious international awards as a successful entrepreneur from several prestigious renowned entities such as Ernest & Young, and several summits and conferences.

He has been awarded top honors twice in the "Global Competitiveness Forum" managing one of the fastest 100-growing companies in Saudi Arabia. He has been awarded the best entrepreneur in the “Global Entrepreneurship Summit", sponsored by Harvard Business School, among the fastest 100 growing companies in the MENA region, Pakistan, and Turkey.

He served at International Medical Center Co as a board member, Chairman of the Audit & Risk committee, member of the Nomination & Remuneration committee, and member of the Executive committee. He also served in Fitaihi Co. and Al-Jouf Co. as a Board member, member and Chairman to several committees. Fayad Asaad Al-Dandashi

Dr. Fayad Al-Dandashi is a Member of the Board of Directors at IMC, in his current capacity as Co-CEO of TAMER Group. Dr. Fayad is a seasonal executive, an entrepreneur, and a public sector servant with extensive Healthcare experience.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Fayad has served as CEO of TAMER Healthcare from 2020-2022, Assistant Deputy Minister for Health Investment Development, Ministry of Health from 2016-2020, as Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Planning from 2015-2016, an entrepreneurial journey in biotech, diagnostics and healthcare investment. Dr. Fayad holds a bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah in 2000.

Yasser Yehia Abdrabou
