• Completed his B.S. in System Engineering with honors (Magna Cum Laude), the first in his graduating class, from the George Washington University in the United States in 1987.
• Received his Medical Degree (MD) from the George Washington Medical School in the United States in 1991.
• Specialized in Internal Medicine from Harvard Medical School affiliated hospitals; earned the American Board in Internal Medicine in 1995.
• Fellowship program and American Board in Endocrinology and Diabetes from Harvard Medical School in 1999.
• Received his Master’s Degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard School of Public Health in 1999.
• Received his Master's Degree in Islamic Thought from Beirut Islamic University in 2020 on "the Management of Wellness," which is considered the first research of its kind in the Arab and Islamic universities and institutions around the world and took more than five years of research and study.
• Served as an Instructor of Medicine at the Harvard Medical School and as a Consultant of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Diabetes at the renowned Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston.
• He is the Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Medical Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Multiple contributions and participations in teaching, conferences and medical seminars.
• He contributed in the representation of Islam and defending Islamic issues in various American media outlets after the events of 9/11, and delivered tens of lectures in American universities, churches, synagogues and governmental departments in the United States.

Saied Ahmed Basamh

Saied Ahmed Basamh is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board Executive Committee of the International Medical Center (IMC). He is also the Board and Audit committee member of Saudia Dairy and Food Stuff Co - SADAFCO (PJSC – TASI), Board member of Sahara International Petrochemical Co – SIPCHEM (PJSC - TASI), Chairman of Al-Khair Inorganic Chemical Industries Co (CJSC), Board member and Partner of Basamh Group of Companies (FMCG), and Board member of ‘The National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector’.

Mr. Saied Basamh also holds the position of Chairman and Board member in several other private companies. Mr. Saied Basamh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Double Major in Marketing & Logistics from the Fisher College of Business, Ohio State University, USA in the year, 1991.

Loai Reda Hakeem

Architect Loai Reda Hakeem is a Board of Directors member of the International Medical Center, a Board of Directors member of SAJA Pharmaceuticals Egypt, a Board of Directors member of Bait Al-Hakeem Holding Company (fund management) in Switzerland, a Board of Directors member of Al-Wahat for Agriculture and Services Limited Liability Company, a Board of Directors member of Loai Reda Hakeem and Partners Company for Trading (property development) and Chief Executive Officer of LoaiReda Hakeem Company for Trading and Contracting.

He worked as a Faculty member in the College of Engineering at King Abdulaziz University from 2011 – 2012, a faculty member in the College of Engineering at Effat University from 2012 – 2013 and a member of the Entertainment Committee at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry from 2010 – 2014.

In addition, he worked as a consultant in project development for Saudi Airlines 2012 – 2016.

Dr. Mohammed A. Fitaihi is the founder and manager of “Luxury Goods Trading Co.”, which holds several brands; among them “Baby Fitaihi”. He is an experienced business professional and a successful entrepreneur for more than 25 years. He is a recipient of several prestigious international awards as a successful entrepreneur from several prestigious renowned entities such as Ernest & Young, and several summits and conferences.

He has been awarded top honors twice in the "Global Competitiveness Forum" managing one of the fastest 100-growing companies in Saudi Arabia. He has been awarded the best entrepreneur in the “Global Entrepreneurship Summit", sponsored by Harvard Business School, among the fastest 100 growing companies in the MENA region, Pakistan, and Turkey.

He served at International Medical Center Co as a board member, Chairman of the Audit & Risk committee, member of the Nomination & Remuneration committee, and member of the Executive committee. He also served in Fitaihi Co. and Al-Jouf Co. as a Board member, member and Chairman to several committees. He also served as OQAL Jeddah, an NGO venture capital investment club board Chairman, and served in several local accelerators and incubators such as Serb and Qotuf AlRiyadah.

He is a holder of BSC Eng. from George Washington University, a MSF from Northeastern University, an MBA in Change Management and Implementation Strategy and   Entrepreneurship from Babson College, a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialty in Leadership from Walden University.
 

Fayad Asaad Al-Dandashi

Dr. Fayad Al-Dandashi is a Member of the Board of Directors at IMC, in his current capacity as Co-CEO of TAMER Group. Dr. Fayad is a seasonal executive, an entrepreneur, and a public sector servant with extensive Healthcare experience.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Fayad has served as CEO of TAMER Healthcare from 2020-2022, Assistant Deputy Minister for Health Investment Development, Ministry of Health from 2016-2020, as Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Planning from 2015-2016, an entrepreneurial journey in biotech, diagnostics and healthcare investment. Dr. Fayad holds a bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah in 2000.

Dr. Fayad has vast board experience among publicly listed and privately held companies; namely SPIMACO (Board and NRC member), CAD (Chairman), ACDIMA (Board and Investment Committee), and currently along with IMC, ARABIO (Board member and ExCom Chairman), Tamer Molnlycke (Board member).

Yasser Yehia Abdrabou

He is the CEO of Fitaihi Holding Group and a member of the Board, Audit Committee, and Governance Committee of Nozha International Hospital, and a member of the Board of Obour Land for Food Industries; both companies are listed in Egypt.

He was also a member of the Board and Audit Committee of Aljouf Agricultural Company. Mr. Yasser enjoys the ability to develop strategic and business plans, financial analysis and investment assessment, operations risk assessment, develop financial control plans, and supervise the implementation of Corporate Governance Laws. He got his BSc in Commerce from Al-Azhar University in 1992.

Mohyedin Saleh Kamal

Mr. Mohiddin Saleh Kamel: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Rabie Company and serves as a Board member for several organizations including Saudi Research and Marketing Group, Dallah Health, Al-Khozama Management Company, Dallah Al-Baraka Holding Company, Dallah Al Baraka Investment Holding Company, and Dallah Real Estate Company. He has also served as a member of the Board at Jabal Omar Development Company, Halwani Bros Company, and Al Baraka Banking Group in Bahrain. Mr. Mohiddin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a specialization in Management and Marketing, from the University of San Francisco.
