  • Received his Master's Degree in Islamic Thought from Beirut Islamic University in 2020 on "the Management of Wellness," which is considered the first research of its kind in the Arab and Islamic universities and institutions around the world and took more than five years of research and study.
  • Served as an Instructor of Medicine at the Harvard Medical School and as a Consultant of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Diabetes at the renowned Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston.
  • He is the Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Medical Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Qadar Zada

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Qadar Zada has almost 20 years senior experience in the National Health Service (NHS) and in Local Government operating at national, regional and local levels as a skilled and experienced Director and Executive Officer working in many acute and specialist hospitals across the UK as well as community providers, commissioning, mental health, primary care and public health. He is also experienced in strategy development, operational management, performance and improvement transformation, and delivery of constitutional standards, improved compliance and standards including working with regulators of quality and patient experience like the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and OFSTED. He also brings a wealth of experience in capital and estates development alongside development and delivery of value for money / cost efficiency and productivity.

Alongside his NHS career he has worked at very senior level within Local Government in the UK across Adult Social Care, finance, planning development and regulation, policy development and as Leader of the Metropolitan Borough Council and Board member of the West Midlands Combined Authority.

His formal education includes a Bachelor honours degree in Computing,  a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership and Management through the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and a range of postgraduate education through the NHS Leadership Academy. He mentors a number of future leaders in  healthcare and is also an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton in the school of Public Health and focuses on wellbeing.

Dr. Hossameldin Ghoneim MB BCH, MSC, MD, FRCOG, HMD, MBA

Executive Director of Special Projects

Dr. Hossam has accomplished over 25 years of experience in leadership and management in healthcare, quality management, patient safety and experience. In addition to Clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Women’s.
He is also experienced in international consultations in health care quality, design, management and accreditation. Besides Health care information management systems and medical planning for health care projects for more than 13 years. 
As well as a demonstrated history of working as a consultant including working with CBAHI and JCI. 
His education includes a Bachelor degree in Medicine and surgery, Cairo University, Egypt.
Master degree in obstetrics and gynecology, Cairo University, Egypt.
Member and fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
In addition to MBA (healthcare), Healthcare Management Diploma, MD. Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Hossam participated in local and international conferences as a speaker on the topics of Obstetricians and Gynecology, health care quality, patient experience, leadership safe health design, “SMART” healthcare solutions and management of information. He is also a recognized educator and participated in CPHQ courses.
 

Dr. Anees A. Sindi MD, FRCPC, ABIM

CEO, Ambulatory Care Network

Anees is an experienced executive leader, skilled clinician and academic with an impressive achievement record across public and private healthcare enterprises in Saudi Arabia. Having gained his medical degree at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, in 2003, Anees spent around nine years in Canada, undertaking clinical training, residences, and clinical and research fellowships at McMaster University, Ontario and other healthcare establishments. 

He gained American and Canadian Board certification in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care specialties and also worked as an independent consultant at several Canadian hospitals. Anees’ formidable business abilities were triggered on his return to Saudi Arabia by the MERS epidemic in 2014. He was appointed Advisor to the Minister of Health and Deputy Commander of the Ministry’s Command and Control Centre, reporting directly to the Minister (Commander) and acting as chief media spokesperson. 

In his privous role as CEO of Ambulatory Medical Services (AMS), a key enterprise comprising five medical centres within the Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah, Anees has made the most of opportunities to expand the business. Anees also founded and directed the Fakeeh Executive Health Program.

Dr. Ayman F. Al-Sulaimani MBBS, FRCSC, MSc

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Ayman Al-Sulaimani is the Chief Medical Officer at the International Medical Center.

Dr. Ayman Al-Sulaimani is an experienced Thoracic Surgery Consultant, specialized in Tumor and Cancer surgeries, with a demonstrated history of working in the clinical field and Medical Insurance practice. He is skilled in Medical Education, Epidemiology, Lung diseases, Oesophageal and Gastric Diseases.

He obtained his MBBS degree from King AbdulAziz University, then received a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC), General Surgery. 
After that, Dr. Ayman specialized in Thoracic Surgery by becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
In addition to Surgery, Dr. Ayman received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver-Canada.

Salim Jbeyli

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Salim Jbeyli is an experienced Finance professional, working in healthcare sector for the last 21 years. His expertise are in Finance, Revenue Cycle Management (inpatient and outpatient), Customer Service, and Costing Analysis. He has worked on helping to automate many operational processes throughout the patient journey to ensure data integrity which has been able to create data for enhances business decisions.

His formal education includes a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, I.B.A College. In addition to Certified Management Accountant (CMA), from Institution of Management Accountant, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA-Not licensed), from American Institution of Certified Public Accountant.
 

Alan Stephen Cross

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Alan is a seasoned IT Executive with over 20 years’ experience within Healthcare Information Technology with a unique skill set of taking a greenfield hospital from a vision and blueprint to being fully operational. He also has a proven history of developing and delivering enterprise strategies that align with organizational priorities. 
Mr. Alan is a leader that is passionate about learning and leveraging the latest advancements in healthcare IT to help improve patient care and outcomes. In addition to an extensive international experience leading highly professional, multinational teams through critical transformations while continuing to maintain mission critical operations.
His formal education includes a Bachelor degree of Business Studies, and a Masters’ degree of Computer Science, both from the University of Hertfordshire, UK. In addition to the Stanford Healthcare Artificial Intelligence Certification and AWS Cloud Fundamentals Certification.
 

Dr. Ashraf Amir

Executive Director, Executive Health Program and Chief External Affairs Officer

Ashraf Amir, MD, is a Family Medicine Consultant at the International Medical Center (IMC) Hospital  in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and an honorary member at the Faculty of Medicine, Umm Al-Qura University. He is also the Executive Director for the Executive Health Program and Chief External Affairs Officer, as well as the Manager of Corporate and Community Wellness Center at IMC. Dr. Amir is one of the IMC founders and one of its farmers. He started working at the International Medical Center before its inauguration in 2005. At an early stage of his career life, Dr. Ashraf worked for the Ministry of Health for 13 years before moving to the International Medical Center. He has assumed the position of Deputy General Director for Health Affair for Primary Health Care in the Saudi Ministry of Health.

Dr. Amir held many medical, administrative and community positions such as, Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Society of Family Medicine in Saudi Arabia, member of the Scientific Committee of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for Family Medicine, Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the National Home Health Care Foundation, and a member of the strategic committee of Council of Cooperative Health Insurance.

Dr. Amir completed his Bachelor Degree in Medical Microbiology at the Faculty of Science at king AbdulAziz University in 1985. Then in 1991, he obtained his Medical Degree and started his residency at king AbdulAziz University Hospital in Jeddah. In 2002, he received the Saudi Board of Family Medicine from the Joint Program of Family and Community Medicine in Jeddah with distinction, followed by awarding him the Arab Board of Family Medicine from the Arabian Board of Health Specialty in the same year. Finally, he received his MBA Degree from the University of Tennessee, USA in 2011.
