Dr. Zuhdi graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine. He received his Pediatric Training at the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo. He then pursued training in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC where he became a Faculty Physician in the Department of Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonary Medicine.

Before joining IMC, Dr. Zuhdi was a Faculty Physician at the University of Kentucky and the Medical Director of the Pediatric Clinic at The Asthma & Allergy Center.

Dr. Zuhdi is American Board Certified, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and The American Thoracic Society. Dr. Zuhdi serves as the Medical Consultant for the Kentucky chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and participates as a medical speaker in scientific conferences.

Dr. Zuhdi has special interests in asthma, apnea, and cystic Fibrosis. He participated in asthma researches, had multiple publications in reputable peer review journals, and received American as well as International scientific awards.
